Pauline Mao, Elyse Pilotaz, Julie Violland, Jade Ragot, Méline Lamiot, Rebecca Gissat and Alexandra Paronyan (all graduates of the Georges Méliès school) combined their skills to create Nez Rouge (2025). Coming from diverse backgrounds in 2D/3D animation, FX, storyboarding, background art and color design, they share a passion for distinctive worlds and striking imagery. Pauline directs, bringing a blend of horror, humor and surrealism; Elyse contributes her expertise in storyboarding and compositing; Julie crafts backgrounds with endless light and depth; Jade animates 2DFX; Méline supports animation; Rebecca enriches the visuals with her color work and stage-inspired atmospheres; Alexandra brings her vibrant, gothic-influenced style and character design. Together, they deliver a bold, hybrid short film combining a unique aesthetic with immersive storytelling.
